At Interacoustics we develop and produce solutions for identification and diagnoses of hearing and balance disorders for clinicians all over the world. To succeed in doing this we constantly work on optimizing our solutions – this always with the purpose to improve the life quality of the patients.
For our product management team at our headquarter in Middelfart, DK we are searching for a new Technical Product Manager to manage the maintenance and future development of the products in our Balance product portfolio.
Together with the rest of the Balance team your task is to secure the future success for our products to enable growth in our balance business in close cooperation with sales, R&D, marketing and a global network of key opinion leaders in the field of balance and vestibular rehabilitation.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Coordination with R&D (hardware and software development) during the entire product lifecycle from idea generation through development to maintenance.
- Technical support to Technical Support department
- Preparation of internal and external documentation – manuals, technical specifications, product item configurations etc.
- Product training and installations at customer visits and seminars around the World.
- Monitoring, test and evaluation of competing products.
- Build-up and sustain knowledge of technical possibilities in relation to end user needs.
- Cooperation with the Clinical and Commercial Product Managers in the team.
You have a technical background and preferably with previous experience from a company manufacturing and selling electrical equipment on the global stage. If you also have experience within audiology it will be a valuable competence. We expect you to be detail oriented and at the same time have the ability to finalize both minor and major projects.
At Interacoustics, Product Management work with various short term and long-term projects of different complexity. Therefore working in a structured and organized way combined with the capability to meet given deadlines will definitely be beneficial. Further, being able to see the projects from a commercial perspective will also be an advantage.
Since Product Management is at the center of cross-organizational coordination it is required that you are a communicative team player with a positive attitude, which is reflected when you are communicating with colleagues around the organization in a busy working environment.
As Interacoustics is operating in all parts of the World fluency in English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite. The position includes approx. 40 travel days per year.
